Celebrating the female surfing community, the Quiksilver Women’s x Club98 capsule was recently launched in collaboration between the Huntington Beach, California brand and the global organization of ocean lovers. Coming together as part of this collaboration, Quiksilver and Club98 sought to create pieces that would serve as ocean essentials as the calendar moves closer to spring.

In the collection, surfers and ocean enthusiasts will find a bucket hat, a bikini, a hoodie, a cropped tee, a sweatshirt and joggers set and a long-sleeved surf set. Bright neon green and sleek black offer a fun take on the collection, while still being serious about surfing. The collection’s Surf Community Long Sleeve Bikini Set, designed for comfort and functionality while surfing, is also designed with durability in mind. Using Jersey Lomellina fabric created from Econyl regenerated nylon which relies on a resource that can be recycled over and over again, the Quiksilver Women’s x Club98 capsule was launched to keep the oceans and planet clean for the next generation of surfers.

The partnership between Quiksilver and Club98 shows the alignment of values between the two representatives of surf culture and their vision for women in sport. Starting in 2015, Club98 was founded as a community of surfers and ocean enthusiasts. It all started in Rockaway Beach, on New York’s 98th Street. Creating a judgment-free space for female surfers, Club98 organizes community events, water trips and promotes diversity in the sport. With roots in Australian surf culture, Quiksilver was founded on a passion for the sport and has also grown to represent the board sport culture.

Pieces in the collection come in sizes XS to XL and range in price from $30 to $90. The Quiksilver Women’s x Club98 capsule is available via quiksilver.com.
